Clients may contact us via email to arrange tutoring sessions, after which we provide meeting details and payment instructions. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or, if you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

5. Engagement and Payment

Engagement Process: To arrange tutoring sessions, clients must contact us by submitting either contact form available on the website. We will respond with details of the meeting, including session timing and payment instructions.

Payment: Fees for tutoring services will be communicated via email. Payments must be made through PayPal, and no other payment methods are accepted. Payments are due prior to the start of each tutoring session unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are quoted in USD, and any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the client.

Refunds and Cancellations: No refunds will be provided for cancelled sessions, regardless of the timing of the cancellation or the reason for it. Clients are responsible for ensuring their availability for scheduled sessions.
